GUARAVES FAMILY FOUNDATION

The Guaraves Family Foundation began in 2007, with the groups need to transform and improve the connection between the collaborators, the company and the community.

The Foundation offers the employees training courses in many areas. Computer science classes, Biscuit art and fabric painting, along with beauty courses, forming manicurists and hair stylists. An average of 50 people is certified every three months.

Besides the courses, the Foundation maintains many social projects in its activities. Through the Incentive Program to Educational Excellence, the group follows annually the educational performance of their employees' children, promoting an awards event to reward those with the best performances.

The company selected its talents, invested in the acquisition of equipment and formed the band Unyons, a huge hit in the entire region. Guaraves also maintains conventions with a few teaching institutes, such as the Cmais course, which offers partial scholarships to employees and family members.

The Guaraves Family Foundation is responsible for annual events that the group holds for their employees, such as a Mother's Day party, Children's Party and the Guaraves Family Christmas.
